Yargote Foundation is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering children, youth, and women to reach their full potentials and create a positive impact in their communities. Our holistic approach focuses on providing education, skills training, mentorship, and support services to foster empowerment and drive sustainable change.
Yargote Foundation takes a multi-dimensional approach to empowerment, combining education, skills development, advocacy, and community engagement to address the unique needs of children, youth, and women. Our programs are designed to create sustainable impact and foster a sense of responsibility and empowerment among our target beneficiaries.
Our Founder
Anna Hussaini Pai is the Executive Director of Yargote Foundation. Her professional journey spans various sectors, including government agencies, consultancy, and education. She exemplifies inclusive leadership, values input from all stakeholders and fosters collaboration. She believes in empowering individuals to reach their full potential and encourages open communication within her team.
As the founder of Yargote Foundation – Specifically for the Empower the Boy Child Project, she oversees all aspects of the organization's operations, including program development, fundraising, advocacy, and strategic planning. She works closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the foundation's initiatives align with its vision and goals. An alumna of University of Hertfordshire, she holds an MSc in international Business, BSc Business administration from University of Abuja, a Certificate in project Management from University of Oxford, a Post graduate Diploma in Education from FCT College of Education, a Fellow of the chartered Institute of Mentoring and Coaching, an associate Member of Chartered of Personnel Management, a centre for Management Development accredited Trainer and a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council Of Nigeria

Children
Yargote Foundation is dedicated to ensuring the well-being and rights of children by providing them with access to quality education, healthcare, and protection. We advocate for child rights, support vulnerable children, and work to create safe and nurturing environments where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
Youth Development
We believe in investing in the future leaders of tomorrow, and thus, our organization focuses on empowering youth through mentorship, life skills training, and educational opportunities. By nurturing the potential of young people, we aim to inspire them to become confident and resilient citizens which are a catalyst for positive change within their communities.
Women Empowerment
Yargote Foundation is committed to empowering women by providing them with access to education, training, and resources to enhance their skills, economic independence, and leadership capabilities. We aim to break barriers and promote gender equality to empower women to achieve their goals and contribute meaningfully to society.
Our Project
This project seeks to empower and support young boys to grow into confident, respectful and resilient adults. This project appreciates and acknowledge the numerous challenges that they face in their journey towards adulthood and aims to provide the much needed skills, support system and resources needed to overcome these challenges successfully.
